Delivery Insurance and Signature Confirmation:

Signature Confirmation is advisable for customers located in an apartment complex or any area that delivery of product on a door step could be lost or stolen. If USPS Delivery Confirmation shows the product as delivered and Signature Confirmation is not purchased, Healthy Discounts is not liable for any lost or stolen product.

Delivery Insurance is advisable for customers concerned about the quality of delivery. If liquids may freeze in your climate, or products regularly arrive damaged, the Delivery Insurance is highly encouraged. Healthy Discounts is not liable for any products frozen or damaged wherein Delivery Insurance was not purchased. If the product has been damaged, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact USPS with the given USPS insurance information to file a claim.

If the product is lost by the USPS in transit (USPS Delivery Confirmation does not show as delivered), it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact USPS with any information. Healthy Discounts will assist in supplying any necessary information. If the product is unrecoverable, Healthy Discounts will refund the customer within 60 days of purchase.
